Today’s challenge is one of my favorite drills – Single Arm, Double Kettlebell Deadlifts.
Simple and effective. And awesome
- Position two heavy kettlebell between your feet
- Grab two heavy kettlebells with one hand
- Deadlift the kettlebells
- Think happy thoughts and bring bells back down
The Challenge:
- Guys: use two 32kg kettlebells
- Gals: use two 16kg kettlebells
- Tap bells on the floor and reverse
- 20 a side is a good goal
