Daily Challenge: February 23, 2011

Today’s challenge is one of my favorite drills – Single Arm, Double Kettlebell Deadlifts.

Simple and effective. And awesome :-)

  • Position two heavy kettlebell between your feet
  • Grab two heavy kettlebells with one hand
  • Deadlift the kettlebells
  • Think happy thoughts and bring bells back down

The Challenge:

  • Guys: use two 32kg kettlebells
  • Gals: use two 16kg kettlebells
  • Tap bells on the floor and reverse
  • 20 a side is a good goal
