		<title>The Other Days Of Training</title>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>There are those days when kettlebells are light and seem like they are made of feathers.</p>
<p>Today was NOT one of those days.</p>
<p>Starting the training session was tough.</p>
<p>Excuses ran through my head:</p>

Didn&#8217;t get enough sleep
It&#8217;s 5:00am, lets sleep in
Feeling tired

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are those days when kettlebells are light and seem like they are made of feathers.</p>
<p>Today was NOT one of those days.</p>
<p>Starting the training session was tough.</p>
<p>Excuses ran through my head:</p>
<ul>
<li>Didn&#8217;t get enough sleep</li>
<li>It&#8217;s 5:00am, lets sleep in</li>
<li>Feeling tired</li>
</ul>
<p>and on it went&#8230;</p>
<p>I did manage to get up, realizing that if I don&#8217;t lift now, it will not get it done today.</p>
<p>Training was tough but two hours later, it was done.</p>
<p>It is easy to move forward when all is easy but real progress is made when we get up and lift on days when all is &#8216;off&#8217;. This is when technique improves and we learn mental toughness and gain ability to keep on going while tired.</p>
<p>These &#8216;other&#8217; days of training are responsible for achievement of that rank.</p>
